The A320 Simulator Software is composed of a central Main Application which runs the simulator core engine and a set of modules that each implement and run a specific function of the A320's cockpit. These modules are seperate stand-alone applications that communicate over a local area network (LAN) with the central Main Application. All of the modules standard run on Microsoft Windows, and some of them also run on Raspberry Pi. The latter are typically the modules that need to be small and embedded in a specific instrument in the cockpit (cf. standby instruments). The available modules are listed below.
