The A320 Simulator Software has been interfaced with a real original Airbus Flight Control Unit (FCU).
We use an ARINC 429 interface board from Cockpit Concept to interface with the FCU.
The software driver to talk with the A320 Simulator Software has been developed by our team.
It is however not mandatory to use a real hardware FCU, there is also a software simulated version avaible that runs as a stand-alone application on Microsoft Windows.
